Martha received her law degree from the Law School at the Private University of San Pedro Sula (UPSPS) in 1998. In 2000 she received her Masters Degree in Corporate Law from the Law School at the Pontificious University of Chile in Santiago, Chile.

Martha’s practice focuses on tax law, international business and commercial transactions, customer protection matters, due diligence, loan syndication, international bids and concessions, telecommunications and aeronautic law.

Before joining Zacarías & Asociados, Martha worked for Arthur Andersen in the tax and legal practice.
